  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • We cannot accept returns on:\

  • Nutrients, liquids, or consumables (due to safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return
  3. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. 4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
